I have gotten over the cold i had all last week. My main goal this week is to dial in the race pace intensity. This means long hard sessions on the trainer at race pace or higher.
It is a busy week as i have been finalizing things before i go. This involves what jobs are to be done while I'm away and making sure their is work when i get back. Kate must have contingency plans if jobs are delayed.
As you can see GKA sports have been kind enough to help me out with new tyres, gloves and a pump for my 2nd bike. I have always used their products as i have found them to be tough and reliable. Why even try other products if these work so well.
