Mitchell had a horror of a last night - he cried all night and there was nothing we could do to comfort him. THe only one in the house that got a good nights sleep was Emma. He was so upset because he has a mouth full of ulcers which are causing him considerable pain. The doctor said that it would probably get worse before it gets better and all we can do for him is keep his fluids up, use babyt panadol and bonjella - if we can get it into his mouth. Looks like we are all going to get the perfect sleep deprivation training.
With the rain arriving this afternoon i managed to get a 2 hour trainer session in. After my massage yesterday the legs were back and i was happy the quality of this session. If things aren't too crazy tonight i will be off on my weekly long ride early tomorrow morning. I have got all the winter wet weather gear set out as i am expecting it will be cold and wet.
Tip: When riding in the cold and rain you need the following items: two pairs of gloves, fleecy wintex jacket, rain jacket, fleecy lined long nicks, booties, scull cap and most important of all one pair of wool socks as they will keep your feet warm when they get wet. Also it is a good idea to take extra food with you as the cold makes you hungry.

When my 18 month had mouth ulcers codeine (script) worked wonders for her.
Or Bonjella (or however you spell it) perhaps? Orrr, you could try salt or metho if you want to toughen him up ;)
Where does one find fleecy-lined knicks?
