With Mitchell on the mend and Emma behaving i was able to back up yesterdays ride with a strength and endurance ride in the Dandynongs. I love riding in the nongs - you can tell why by the pictures. The roads are alot quieter this time of year - unlike in the summer when you get all the day trippers.
